Gardiner Express Technopref FR

This project involved the prefabrication of concrete deck panels to replace a 1.1 km stretch of the busy Gardiner Expressway from Jarvis to Cherry streets. This accelerated bridge construction involved prefabricating new precast deck panels directly on-site using four hydraulic formwork lines at a rate of 10 panels per week, Monday to Saturday, operating 24 hours a day on three shifts.
